1) To secure your holiday - all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require 100% payment. Outside of that period 50% is required, this % may vary depending on flight costs. All payments are due immediately unless advised otherwise by Kerry Holidays Staff.

2) Full balance for holidays are due 8 weeks prior to departure.

3) To change your booking - all request for amendments must be made in writing. Depending on type of holiday and notice given changes may or may not be possible. If possible an amendment fee of a minimum £10 will apply.

4) Should you cancel your holiday the following fees apply:
More than 42 days - Loss of deposit or flight cost
(which ever is higher)
29-42 days - 50% of booking
15-28 days - 60% of booking
14 days or less - 100% of booking

5) Travel Insurance - we strongly recommend you take travel insurance. We offer very competitive rates, please contact us for details.

6) Ticket Conditions - travelling with an air or sea carrier, their conditions of carriage will apply, some of which limit or exclude liability.

7) Prices - all prices featured in the web site are in POUND STERLING.

8) Availablity - all holidays featured are subject to availability.

9) IMPORTANT NOTE - there is an increasing tendancy for airlines and ferry operators to change departure times at short notice. We advise clients that the onus is on them to check their departure times within 24 hours of departure. Please contact the relevant carrier for information.

10) Check-in Proceedure - check-in for departures is now 2 hours due to increased security measures.
